Formulation Guidelines
Curing System: Use with a water-based isocyanate curing agent
Mixing Note: High initial viscosity after mixing A/B components may shorten pot life. Adjust with appropriate thinner as needed
Avoid using in color paste grinding due to potential stability issues during milling
Handling & Storage
Packaging: 20 kg, 200 kg, 1000 kg wide-mouth plastic drums, or as requested
Shelf Life: 6 months in original sealed container
Storage Conditions: Store sealed at 5-35°C. Protect from freezing and high temperature
Viscosity Control: Product viscosity is pH-dependent. Adjust with diluted DMEA (10-20% in water) if needed
Safety & Use: Non-hazardous industrial material. Do not mix with other products without technical consultation. Refer to Safety Data Sheet for detailed handling information
Applications
Primers and topcoats for metal furniture, fixtures, and industrial equipment
